Questionnaire Review and Recommendations – Based on your response, a tailored nutrition with supplement regimen and lab bundle will be discussed. Consultation time 90 minutes

Follow-Up Consultation – A progress check after 1 month then 3-4 months and as needed. Additional labs may be ordered if necessary. Consultation time 45 to 60 minutes (duration based on case complexity)

Office or Telehealth appointments available upon request on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays 9 am to 5 pm.
