Questionnaire Review and Recommendations – Based on your response, a tailored nutrition with supplement regimen and lab bundle will be discussed. Consultation time 60 minutes

Follow-Up Consultation – A progress check after 1 month then 3-4 months and as needed. Additional labs may be ordered if necessary. Consultation time 30 to 60 minutes (duration based on case complexity)

Telehealth appointments available upon request on weekdays 9 am to 5 pm. Accepting Arizona and New York patients only at this time.
